My husband and I just starting out purchasing a home three years ago that needed some serious repairs one being the air conditioner. We recently had Jose install a propane line and gas logs for us. We were very impressed with not only the excellent job he did for us, but the great attitude and non stop stick to it he and his helper, Hector, displayed. His charges were very reasonable. I was referred to Affordable Air by a fellow police officer. He told me Affordable Air out bid everyone else on his house and did quality work. I needed my ac unit serviced because of cooling issues. Jose came to my on a Saturday. Jose took the time to explain everything he was doing to the unit and explained how everything worked. Jose found some issues with the installation of the unit when the house was built. He fixed the problems in a timely manner and went over everything he did with me. Jose was able to get my ac unit back in working order. He took the time to go over some troubleshooting tips with me which I thought was really cool. Other companies I have had to my house never took that extra step to help out. Affordable Air is very reasonably priced and I would recommend them to all my family and friends. After getting 3 estimates of $2500.00 up to $9000.00, I decided to call Affordable Air. Jose came out, checked my heat pump, told me the same thing was wrong everybody else did. The only major difference was that he was "honest" enough to call and check to see if my parts were still under warranty. As it turns out, no one else told me my parts were still under warranty. Affordable Air was prompt, courteous and 100% fair. A major job by others was handled and repaired by Affordable Air for well under $1000.00. I would recommend Affordable Air to anyone "1000%!"

Affordable Air was called by a friend of mine to handle a problem with my outdoor unit after last year’ hail storm. Jose came out and was very helpful in turning in all the correct paper work the first time to my insurance company and long story short I have a new system installed. I am very happy with my new system and very happy to know Affordable Air and Jose. Also, while the paper work war was going on; my outdoor unit quit in mid august in the middle of the night at 11pm. I called Affordable Air and Jose came out and had my outdoor unit running in no time. I am a business owner since 1971 of several well known establishments. I have seen and dealt with all types of AC and Heating Service companies. Affordable Air is highly recommended and among the best I have yet to do business with. K.
